About Enigma
Enigma is a skills-based screening platform that helps managers objectively evaluate the skills of cyber, IT and engineering talent based on performance, not pedigree. Our platform uses bite-sized, real-world simulations (that we call “Puzzles”) to evaluate candidates' problem solving skills and assess their technical ability. Ultimately, we help our users uncover hidden talent in their pipeline, diversify their teams, improve candidate experience, and reduce time-to-hire by 50%.
